I am needing to delete a datastore so that I can reformat it from vmfs3 to vmfs5. It is my understanding that doing this from vcenter will not introduce any APD's or PDLs correct? The LUN will still be visible to all the hosts, like I said I just need to delete the datastore on it, so I can recreate it with vmfs5.
I am guessing after I delete it, I should issues some host rescans(unless vcenter does automatically) before I recreate it?
