Problem with recreating a missing descriptor file

Hi,

I trying to recreat vmdk file from flat.vmdk as VMware Knowledge Base , but i can't get into the section of the virtual machine:

/vmfs/volumes/5cb5fcec-19f64160-4478-14dae93d862e] cd ******

-sh: cd: can't cd to *******

Plz help.
